3. Orders & payment

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.
4. Shipping & risk of loss
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
While we are not responsible for carrier delays or handling issues, we will work with you in good faith to resolve delivery concerns when possible.
5. Returns & exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final except as expressly stated in our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We will provide replacements or refunds only in cases of:
- Verified defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error
Claims must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the Return & Exchange Policy and must include required documentation.
6. Food safety & storage responsibility
Our products must be stored according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
We are not responsible for product quality or safety if products are:
- Improperly stored after delivery
- Mishandled by the customer
- Consumed past recommended use guidelines
Customers assume responsibility for proper handling once delivery is confirmed.
7. Health & wellness disclaimer
Brite Start LLC products are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
